Megan joined the firm in 2017 initially in a payroll position before moving over to work in employee benefits.
As the Corporate Benefits Specialist, Megan manages the corporate sector of Craven Street Wealth, implementing and managing benefits schemes for companies. These range from retirement plans to life and health insurance. Megan also implements Director set cover such as KeyPerson Insurance, Shareholder Protection and Relevant Life cover.
Megan overseas the full scope of employee benefits processing annual renewals, researching and establishing competitiveness within the market. She also ensures all schemes comply with the necessary compliance with regulators, collaborating with brokers and insurance carriers to process tri-annual re-enrolment, protection claims and day to day business administration.
Megan builds a great relationship with her clients, ensuring employees have a broad understanding of the benefits provided by their employer.
Personally
Outside of work, Megan enjoys socialising with friends, going to the gym and going on beach holidays.
