Caroline Hawkesley

Caroline Hawkesley joined Craven Street Wealth on 1st March and subject to regulatory approval is proposed for the role of Managing Director, where she leads the continued development of the firm as part of the wider Quanta Group. 

With more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, Caroline has built a strong reputation within the profession for delivering excellent client outcomes and developing high-performing teams. 

She began her career in admin before co-founding her own successful financial planning firm. Following its later acquisition by Progeny, Caroline played a key role in supporting the organisation through a significant period of growth, ultimately serving as UK Managing Director. 

Caroline is passionate about the relationship-driven nature of financial planning and the long-term partnerships built with both clients and colleagues. She was particularly drawn to Craven Street Wealth’s client-first ethos and the strength of its team. 

In her role, Caroline is focused on building on the strong foundations already in place at Craven Street Wealth, supporting the firm’s continued growth while maintaining the high standards of advice and client service for which the business is known.
