With 10 years’ experience in financial services, Alison joined Craven Street Wealth from the insurance sector, where she worked across sales, customer service and, most recently, as a Customer Relations Executive specialising in complaints handling.
She is committed to developing her expertise within the financial planning industry and building strong, lasting relationships with clients through a professional and client-focused approach. She values Craven Street Wealth’s collaborative and welcoming culture and brings excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
Personally
Known for her positive outlook and ability to connect with people, Alison brings enthusiasm and energy to everything she does. Outside of work, she is an avid runner and is currently training towards completing a half marathon while continuing to improve her 5K and 10K times.
Her day usually starts with a run and a bowl of porridge, and weekends are spent enjoying PC gaming, reading fantasy novels or catching up with friends and family – often over good food.
In 2025, she raised £350 for Crohn’s & Colitis UK by completing a marathon walk. She is also a passionate supporter of The Aspinall Foundation and its work to protect endangered species and return animals to the wild.
