She finds the most rewarding part of her role is being a helpful and reassuring point of contact, whether greeting clients in person or assisting them over the telephone. She takes pride in building rapport and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and well looked after.
Prior to joining Craven Street Wealth, Nicola spent over 34 years at Kreston Reeves as a receptionist, where she developed extensive experience in client service and office support.
Respectful, practical, and always willing to help, Nicola plays an important role in keeping the front of house running smoothly while supporting both clients and colleagues each day.
